1. very drunk or high off marijuana.

2. rough, like you didn't sleep or hadn't groomed yourself.

blizzie (n)
blunt; marijuana cigarette.

blower (n)
a paper towel roll stuffed with dryer sheets to dissipate marijuana smoke.

something that is really bad; something that really sucks.

blurge (n)
a paper towel roll with fabric softener that dilutes the smell of marijuana or other drugs.
