| Study of the simulation methods for multiscale systems regarding radiation damage of the semiconductor devices | |
| 候選人基本條件（Basic Qualifications） | 1.需要具有物理、材料、電子的相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位； |
| 2.有輻照物理、半導(dǎo)體材料等方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人員優(yōu)先； | |
| 3.具有良好的中英文表達(dá)及溝通能力，熟悉實(shí)驗(yàn)室常用軟件； | |

| 1.A Phd degree in Physics, Material Science, Electronics or related areas is required. | |
