工作職責:
通過現(xiàn)有的個人關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡及各種渠道開發(fā)新的銀行客戶
通過各種銷售渠道完成每月銷售指標
與分行及市場部協(xié)調(diào)合作開發(fā)市場

Credit Card Service Banker信用卡服務專員
Work Location:Guiyang City
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
To provide highest level of services to customers and answer their enquiries related to card product acquisition, usage or account maintenance
To perform card acquisition application fulfillment function on application form completeness checking, customer identity verification and follow up with credit card centre/internal departments on application processing
To perform card servicing role to assist customers on plastic collection, account maintenance, repayment and other related requests
To proactive cross sell card to walk in customers when branch sales are engaged with other customers
To work with Cash Officer and Card Plastic Custodian to handle customer instant card issuance request and follow up with credit card centre throughout the whole process till plastic embossed and delivered to customer
Be responsible to deliver the latest card program details and other product information to the branch
Be responsible to do all application tracking and reporting
Be responsible for all card related administrative tasks compliance control activities
To perform tasks requested by supervisor or branch manager
向顧客提供高級別的服務,回答顧客關(guān)于信用卡申請,使用和賬戶維持等方面的咨詢
檢查客戶申請表是否完整,查驗客戶信息是否準確,并與信用卡中心/內(nèi)部各部門密切聯(lián)系,跟進申請的處理
執(zhí)行用卡服務角色,為顧客在用卡,賬戶維持,還款及其他相關(guān)要求方面提供協(xié)助
和其他本行相關(guān)業(yè)務一起,向潛在客戶積極主動的交叉銷售信用卡
與現(xiàn)金主任和信用卡管理經(jīng)理共同處理顧客即時發(fā)卡的要求,并且全程跟進信用卡中心,直至信用卡完成并交付給顧客
負責向分行分享最新的信用卡項目情況以及其他相關(guān)產(chǎn)品信息
負責全部的申請追蹤以及報告
負責所有和信用卡相關(guān)的行政類事務以及合規(guī)控制
完成分行行長或直接主管分配的其他任務
KEY REQUIREMENTS 任職要求
High Integrity
University graduate with 2-3 years' work experience in banking or customer service field.
Knowledge of branch functions and operations, security and control policies and procedures preferable
Able to work under pressure
Detail oriented, independent and proactive worker
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sales and service oriented, passionate and initiative
Fluent in both oral and written English
Good PC skills especially MS Excel and MS Word
