Position: National Internal Controller 職位：全國內(nèi)部控制專員

Responsibility職責(zé)

l Work independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy;

在理解公司各項規(guī)章制度的基礎(chǔ)上，獨立進行區(qū)域檢查；

l Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk;

保證高標(biāo)準的檢查質(zhì)量，能識別發(fā)生的問題，并分析潛在的風(fēng)險；

l Update the company procedure and policy according to risky point and put forward reasonable suggestions;

根據(jù)風(fēng)險點更新公司程序和政策，并提出合理化建議；

l Prepare checking points and relevant material for each task;

為每一個檢查項目準備檢查點和相關(guān)培訓(xùn)資料；

l Hold training for each responsible task and QA during checking;

為負責(zé)的檢查項目準備培訓(xùn)，在檢查期間負責(zé)解答遇到的問題；

l Analyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report;

分析檢查結(jié)果，制作全國報告、區(qū)報和店報；

l Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group;

為每個檢查目標(biāo)群組計算評估績效報告（KPI）；

l Other work assigned by National Internal Control Director.

中國區(qū)內(nèi)控總監(jiān)安排的其他事務(wù)。

Requirements職位需求

l Bachelor and above;

本科及以上學(xué)歷；

l With finance background, accounting and audit will be preferable;

擁有財務(wù)背景，會計、審計背景優(yōu)先；

l Good communication;

良好的理解力；

l English on Listening, Written, Spoken andReading;

英文聽、說、讀、寫能力；

l Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills;

注重細節(jié)和準確性，有著良好的邏輯性和分析能力；

l Strong reporting writing and presentation skills;

良好的報告撰寫和展示能力；

l Good data analysis and processing ability and proficient in Office software;
