北京大學(xué)高等人文研究院(高研院,Institute for Advanced Humanistic Studies,IAHS)于2009年經(jīng)北京大學(xué)批準(zhǔn)成立,是集學(xué)術(shù)研究、學(xué)術(shù)交流和人才培養(yǎng)于一體的研究與教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)。

職務(wù)描述:負(fù)責(zé)高研院院長(zhǎng)杜維明先生的“學(xué)術(shù)交流與文稿編輯”等相關(guān)事務(wù)。主要有:
1,輔助院長(zhǎng)處理日常海內(nèi)外往來(lái)郵件。2,安排院長(zhǎng)學(xué)術(shù)交流的行程、聯(lián)絡(luò)與資料保存。3,處理院長(zhǎng)講座、學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議等的組織與聯(lián)系。4,輔助編輯院長(zhǎng)的文章、講稿、影像資料等,5輔助院長(zhǎng)的教學(xué)事務(wù)。6,與行政助理協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)所需要的后勤支持。

Position Title: Secretary of Director of The Institute for Advanced Humanistic Studies, PKU
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting Director Tu Weiming with academic activities and manuscripts edit.
Check and reply director’s daily mails and emails.
Manage director’s academic activities schedule, contacts and documents.
Organize academic conferences and lecturers.
Edit director’s papers, scripts and video materials.
Support director’s classes and teaching.
Coordinate with administrative assistant and offer support upon demand.

長(zhǎng)處理行政報(bào)表、審批材料等事務(wù)。2,輔助院長(zhǎng)舉辦院務(wù)會(huì)議等。3,提供高研院學(xué)術(shù)交流時(shí)的各種后勤事務(wù)。4,提供講座、學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議等需要的食宿等支持。5,輔助高研院出版、教學(xué)等過(guò)程中的行政事務(wù)。6,負(fù)責(zé)高研院固定資產(chǎn)的采購(gòu)與管理。7,匯總高研院的檔案與資料數(shù)據(jù)。
