Mr. Giraffe : Hello ! … . It’s a fine day today , let’s go to the park , OK ?

山羊和長頸鹿邊說邊來到了公園圍墻外，茂密的枝葉伸出了墻外。

Mr. Giraffe : I’m 310 cm tall . How tall are you ?

Miss Goat : I’m 110 cm tall .

Mr. Giraffe(非常得意): Wow , fresh leaves ! You see , I’m 200 cm taller than you . I can get the leaves .

Miss Goat : Me , too . …. ( 山羊不服氣，跳起來去吃樹葉，可怎么也夠不著。)

Mr. Giraffe(更加得意): Ha, ha . You can’t .

他倆接著往前走，山羊看見圍墻上有一個小洞，就鉆進去吃又綠又嫩的青草。

Miss Goat(很神氣) : Wow，beautiful grass! I’m 200 cm shorter than you . I can eat the grass . But you can’t .

Mr. Giraffe ：Me，too! (可長頸鹿怎么也進不去。)

Miss Goat(更神氣)：Ha, ha . You can’t .

Mr. Giraffe : I’m 200 cm taller than you .I can get the leaves . I’m cool .

Miss Goat : I’m 200 cm shorter than you . I can eat the grass . I’m cool .

Mr. Giraffe : I’m 200 cm taller than you. I’m cool .

Miss Goat : I’m 200 cm shorter than you. I’m cool . ….

他倆爭得面紅耳赤，找大象公公評理。

山羊和長頸鹿聽了覺得很慚愧, 互相交換了青草和樹葉。
