Beth:I know.But I'm afraid that once she graduates she won't be able to make ends meet.Most artists only make about 60 percent of what the average worker makes a year.Plus ,it's harder for art majors to find a full-time job.But she doesn't seem too concerned.

Adam:But you're forgetting that there's more to choosing a career than making money.Courtney loves art and that's what's important.Even if she's not rolling in dough,she'll be happy and emotionally satisfied.

可是你忘記了，選擇職業(yè)的動(dòng)機(jī)不該只是為了賺錢而已?？绿啬轃釔?ài)藝術(shù)，這點(diǎn)才是最重要的，即使她無(wú)法日進(jìn)斗金，但是她會(huì)快樂(lè)，而且在心靈上能得到滿足。

Beth:But she'll have bills to pay.It's going to be hard for her to sustain a decent lifestyle on what an artist makes.

可是她還是會(huì)有帳單要付啊。光靠藝術(shù)家賺的那點(diǎn)錢，一定很難維持像樣的生活方式的。
