Mary: The incandescent lamp was displayed first in a World's Fair, and then introduced into people's life. So did the Edison gramophones, its voice were first heard by visitors in World Expo.

瑪麗：白熾燈也是通過世博會(huì)的展示才被普及使用的。還有愛迪生發(fā)明的留聲機(jī)，也是在世博會(huì)上第一次讓人們聽到了從留聲機(jī)里發(fā)出的聲音。

Xiao Luo: What you said remind me of the marvelous building in Belgium, which is supposed to be of a blood tie with World Expo, isn't it?

小羅：你這么一說我想起來了，好像在比利時(shí)還有一個(gè)特別棒的建筑，也有著世博“血緣”。

Mary: Bingo! What you mentioned is the Atomiun built for World's Fair 1958 Brussels Belgium. It was called as the most stunning building in the world!

瑪麗：沒錯(cuò)!你說的是1958年比利時(shí)布魯塞爾世博會(huì)留下的原子塔建筑，被譽(yù)為“地球上最令人感到震驚的建筑”!

Xiao Luo: Right, I saw the model, suspended cable structure, unbelievable!
