A：So what are you doing for Thanksgiving?你們感恩節(jié)都做些什么?

B：Not much really. It's more of an American tradition, so back home we don't really celebrate it. In fact, I am not even sure of what exactly is being celebrated!沒有很多的事，這個(gè)是美國的傳統(tǒng)，回到家我們并不過這個(gè)節(jié)。我甚至不確定究竟要慶祝哪些東西。

A：Well you know, it's a time to get together with all your family and be thankful for everything!嗯，你知道的，這是一個(gè)大家聚到一起的時(shí)候，對(duì)很多事進(jìn)行感恩。

B：Yeah but, how did this holiday come to be?是的，但是，這個(gè)節(jié)日是什么樣子的呢?

A：Well, the first settlers of Massachusetts arrived there because of religious persecution from England and King James. A：Come to my house for Thanksgiving! We are having turkey, pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes with gravy, and lots of stuffing!來我家過感恩節(jié)吧!晚餐有火雞，南瓜派，搗碎的土豆和面粉，還有各種餡。
