1、企業(yè)簡介(Corporate Profiles)
云南省電力設計院成立于1958年8月,是中國能源建設集團有限公司下屬全資子公司,是從事電力工程勘察設計的專業(yè)設計院,持有勘察綜合類甲級證書、電力工程設計甲級證書、電力工程咨詢甲級證書、電力工程總承包甲級證書、環(huán)境污染防治專項工程設計乙級證書、通信工程設計乙級證書、建筑工程設計乙級證書、電力工程監(jiān)理甲級證書、ISO9001質量環(huán)境和職業(yè)安全健康管理體系認證證書等,1996年被評為“全國勘察設計綜合實力百強單位”,2002年獲全國工程項目管理排序第29名和全國工程總承包百名排序第89名。
云南省電力設計院擁用600余人的員工隊伍,是專業(yè)配備齊全、實踐經驗豐富的勘察設計隊伍,其中高級工程師140余人、工程師100余人、國家認證的各類注冊工程師100余人,設置有電源部、系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃研究中心、電網部、工程部、勘測部、技經中心、配網部等7個生產部,各類勘察設計裝備先進,信息化管理及輔助設計系統(tǒng)完善。

Yunnan Electric Power Design Institute, founded in Aug. 1958, is a wholly-owned subsidiary under the jurisdiction of China Energy Engineering Group Co. Ltd. (CEEC). YNPD is a professional institute engages in electrical engineering survey and design. YNPD holds A Class Certificate of Comprehensive Engineering Survey, A Class certificate of Electrical Engineering Design, Electrical Engineering Consulting Class A Certificate, Electrical Engineering EPC Class A Certificate, Special Project Engineering Design of Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control Class B Certificate, Engineering Design of Telecommunication Class B Certificate, Architectural Engineering Design Class B Certificate, Power Engineering Supervision Class A Certificate, ISO9001 Quality Environment and Occupational health and safety management system certificate etc. in 1996, YNPD was awarded “Top 100 Institutions of National Comprehensive Survey and Design ". In 2002, YNPD was awarded 29th of national project management and 89th of National Engineering General Contracting.
YNPD has more than 600 staff. It is a professional experienced survey and design team with complete range of specialized majors. Including more than 140 senior engineers, more than 100 engineers, and more than 100 various states certified registered engineers. YNPD has 7 production departments: Power Supply department, System Planning and Research Center, Power Grid Department, Engineering Department, Engineering Survey Department, Technical and Economic Center, and Distribution Power Grid Department. YNPD has all kinds of advanced equipment in survey and design, and has complete CAD system and information management system.
Yunnan Electric Power Design Institute is committed to provide customers with satisfactory services by offering a state of the art technology, high quality service, and good reputation. Since its founding, YNPD has completed power generation project of 13,000 MW, substation project of 50,000 MVA, and power transmission line survey and design project of 30,000 kilometers. In addition, YNPD has been awarded many times of national and provincial prizes for excellent engineering survey and design, including one State Science and Technology award, one national award for holding major technologies and equipment, and more than 70 provincial and ministerial excellent survey and design award, science and technology progress award, and more than 60 various technology progress and achievement award from provincial power grid company.
2、技術特色(Technological Features)
1)高海拔緊湊型輸電設計技術達到國內領先水平
云南省電力設計院在國內較早開展高海拔地區(qū)緊湊型輸電技術研究,在高海拔地區(qū)緊湊型線路的選型計算、絕緣配合、耐雷水平、線路金具、線路塔型規(guī)劃、雙回路線路參數(shù)等方面的研究處于國內領先水平,為保持生態(tài)環(huán)境、提高單位走廊輸電容量有著巨大的經濟與社會效益。
1) Design technology of compact type power transmission in high altitude area is in the leading position in China.
Yunnan Electric Power Design Institute conducted an earlier study in China on high-altitude areas compact type power transmission technique. YNPD is in the leading study level in China in terms of calculation and selection of compact transmission line in high-altitude areas, insulation compatibility, lightning withstand level, transmission line fittings, transmission line tower type planning, double-circuit transmission line parameters etc. These studies have enormous economic and social benefits in terms of maintaining the ecological environment and improving the unit corridor of power transmission capacity.
2)輸電線路微地形、微氣象研究成果突出
自90年代起,云南省電力設計院就開始收集大量基本氣象數(shù)據(jù),研究微地形、微氣象對輸電線路的影響,研究輸電線路覆冰機制和應對措施。采用多種先進技術手段,研究確定了輸電線路覆冰、粘附以及雪天、大風和雷電等災害性天氣的發(fā)生規(guī)律,提出了冰區(qū)劃分依據(jù)和標準,對提高輸電線路運行的穩(wěn)定和可靠性發(fā)揮了積極的重要作用。
2.) Micro-topography and micro-meteorological research on power transmission line achieved outstanding results.
Since the 90’s Yunnan Electric Power Design Institute began to collect a lot of basic meteorological data to study micro-topography, micro-meteorological influence on the power transmission line and study on power transmission line icing mechanism and response measures. Using a variety of advanced techniques, the study determined the occurrence pattern of hazardous weather such as snow, high wind, thunder and lightning in transmission line icing and adhesiveness. The study suggested iced zone categorization basis and standards which achieved an important role to improve the stability and reliability of transmission lines.
3)大型循環(huán)流化床(CFB)應用技術國內領先
循環(huán)流化床(CFB)鍋爐技術屬于潔凈煤發(fā)電技術,是一種清潔、高效、煤種適應性廣的燃燒技術,是國家“十五”重大技術裝備研制項目。云南省電力設計院承擔了國內首臺國產化300兆瓦循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的設計研究與工程應用,在CFB結構設計、施工工藝、運行調試等方面大膽創(chuàng)新,對發(fā)展具有自主知識產權的300兆瓦循環(huán)流化床鍋爐和600兆瓦超臨界循環(huán)流化床鍋爐起到了重要作用。
3) Large Circulating fluid bed (CFB) application technology is in the leading position in China.
Circulating fluid bed (CFB) boiler technology belongs to clean coal power generation technology. It is a clean, efficient coal type combustion technology with wide adaptability, and it's the major technical equipment research project for National" Tenth Five-Year "Plan. YNPD undertook China's first set 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler design and engineering application. With great innovation in CFB structure design, construction technology, running and debugging etc. YNPD played an important role in developing 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler with independent intellectual property rights and 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boilers
4)大型太陽能光伏電站設計業(yè)績突出、經驗豐富
云南省電力設計院通過昆明石林166MWp光伏電站項目、甘肅敦煌10MWp特許權項目的工程設計,積累了豐富的太陽能電力項目設計經驗,設計項目遍及云南、甘肅、新疆、寧夏、廣東等地,促進了我國太陽能電力發(fā)展。
4. Rich experience and outstanding performance in large-scale solar PV power plant design
Through design works on 166MWp photo voltaic(PV) power station project from Kunming to Stone Forest and 10MWp Gansu to Dunhuang concession projects, YNPD has accumulated rich experience in the design of solar power projects, with projects all over Yunnan, Gansu, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Guangdong and other places which promoted solar power development in China.
5)擁有豐富的山區(qū)風電場選址及工程設計經驗
云南省電力設計院承接了大量山區(qū)風電場工程設計項目,在山區(qū)風電場的宏觀選址、風機布置的微觀選址以及山區(qū)風電場規(guī)劃設計中積累了豐富的工程經驗,為山區(qū)風電場工程建設降低投資、提高風能利用效率發(fā)揮了積極作用。
5) Rich experience in site selection and project design of mountain wind power field
YNPD has been undertaking a large number of mountain wind power field engineering design work, and has accumulated rich engineering experience in macro-site-selecting of mountain wind power field, fan layout's micro-site-selecting, and mountain wind power field planning and design. These jobs have played an active role in lowing investment cost in engineering construction of mountain wind power field and improved the efficiency of wind energy.
