以上兩句都正確，但文法結(jié)構(gòu)不一樣。

第一句是 indirect speech，全句是 "He considers that it is inconvenient and inappropriate for them ..."，現(xiàn)在只不過把 that 省略。

第二句的結(jié)構(gòu)則比較復(fù)雜，涉及 object complement （賓語補(bǔ)語）。要明白什么是 object complement，我們可從句子的意思入手。

句子開頭的部分 "He considers it" 的意思并不完整?！杆X得…」，但他覺得什么呢？所以 "inconvenient and inappropriate" 一部分就是把 object 的意思說清楚，也就是剛才提到的 object complement 了。

這類句子的文法結(jié)構(gòu)如下：
